Do your lamps come with a warranty?
Yes - all Lumva lamps come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right, contact us at hello@lumva.co and we'll make it right.

What if my lamp arrives damaged?
We're sorry if this happens. Email us at hello@lumva.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund - no questions asked.

How long does the battery last on rechargeable lamps?
Battery life varies by product and brightness setting - check the individual product page for specific details. As a general guide, our rechargeable lamps provide 4-8 hours of use on a full charge.

Can I return my lamp if I change my mind?
Yes we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Returns page for full details.
