We want you to love your Lumva lamp. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

To start a return, email us at info@lumva.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
